24 hours and $386 :Q later, our primary server is back in business.
Parts would have cost me about $220 had I been able to wait long enough to Newegg it, but I guess I should be happy that I was able to find replacement parts within driving distance, even if I did have to pay through the nose for them.
Hard drives were fine so I didn't have to restore from backup.

Just so others may learn from my mistake: If you're trying to cut costs when building/upgrading a system, don't cut corners on the power supply! That's exactly what I did when I put together this system together last summer. Less than a year later, it ate a motherboard and a CPU and ended up costing me a TON more than the forty or so more dollars a quality power supply would have cost me over the one I ended up buying last summer...
