Yea finally over the damn flu

bad cough started last wed night, coughing non stop, got paged at 3am, 4am and 5am. by 6am im feeling like a big pile of sh*t and call in sick for thursday. still sick on Friday called in again. really sick on sat 103 temp almost went to hospital if the tylenol didnt bring down the fever a few, it did so i didnt go. Stayed in bed most of xmas except for when the kids said santa came and went out and did the gift exchange, then right back to bed. Fever broke sunday morning and been sucking down lots of water.

I feel better and get the joy of going back to work tomorrow, but its better than sweating and freezeing my ass off in bed and coughing until your head feel like somebody is clubbing you with a hammer for each cough.

i got sick friday morning although i just thought it was sore throat at that time. by friday night i not only had a bad sore throat but i was tired and achey, coughing, and my nose was all stuffed up or running. was horrible. i laid around all day saturday because i felt like crap. by sunday i was feeling a little better but not by much. today its all but gone. my throat still feels a little weird and i cough every now and then plus my nose is stuffed/runny.

the nose might be sinuses or allergies because its almost always like that.
