ybble venice questions

Hey guys,
i ordered a venice 3000 from ebay with a stock cooler for 120 bucks. I have some questions about the stepping. Here's the numbers from the chip:

ADA3000DAA4BP

YBBLE 0524DPAW

Q337506F51933

I never heard of ybble. Are they good overclockers? And is this a e3 or e6? I has 06 in the third row but im not sure if thats the revision. If you just tell me everything you know about this particular chip or stepping, Ill be very thankful.
P.S. i dont have this chip yet, the numbers are from an email from the seller, but im supposed to get it in today

That DAA4BP is an e3 stepping I believe.
