Yeah, you don't insult a guys mom like that. Never mind the racial slurs. Those can be ignored.

Though, it might have been a good idea to save the headbutting for after the game. He could have thrown in a busted kneecap or two if he had.

If it is true, Zidane is stupid for letting that kind of comment throw him off in his last game, and the world cup game, no less. The game was so close that had that not happened, one might wonder whether the French would have won.

Agreed. Very infantile, gang-like act. You just don't do these things, especially not in the World Cup. His immaturity ended his career with dishonor, and helped his country lose the World Cup. Bravo Zidane, I've lost all respect for you. Maybe next time you should save your headbutt for the UFC match, not for the World Cup.

French rumors = Matteratzi said something.
Italian rumors = he didn't.

Obvious side taking. Zidane has headbutted before (in '98 WC), and in that WC he has also stomped on a Saudi player. Matteratzi has also done bad things. But, at least chill out, relax, and play soccer instead of losing control in the WORLD CUP FINAL. Do it for your country, at least.
