Funny thing is that more likely than defending your home your home defense weapon will be stolen by a criminal when you are not home and used to rob/kill someone else.

Keep those guns locked up when you aren't home people.

to get my finger in the proper position, i have to rotate my hand into a horribly awkward position. modding the stock doesn't look like an option, i just need to go to an AR style grip.

i'm thinking i'd like a side folder setup. either chunky plastic like a sig rifle, or with the AR buffer tube/M4 stock.

You are suppose to lean forward into the shotgun. It will reduce recoil a lot
