I finaly got around to formating my computer and reinstalling Win2k. It was acting up on me (i've had it for 2 months, which is strange) and i finaly reformated and now everything is zippy again:D Now its time to get to installing programs.

If you're anything like me... your Harddrive will get congested again in a matter of months! :| I probably have the worst management of my programs out of everybody!! And that's NOT an exaggeration :(

i dont know... if you are the worst, then i must be the 2nd worst. I have this strange thing with wanting to download about 3 programs off the web and then install them and then find out that ill never use them. Its very anoying.

u should ghost ur HD after a fresh install of the OS and a few critical apps. then burn it onto a bootable cd. hd congestion is inevitable. one can only try to minimize the time it takes to get ur pc back up.

spanky is right, except i don't burn it, i just create a separate partition for my image. i use a program called pc-rdist made by pyzzo software (or something like that). i like it better than other ghosting programs because it ghosts individual files, so that you can retain mp3s and whatnot and still revert back to your old files and registry settings.
