YAY RADEON 8500 Installed! Question though!

=) Yay it installed flawlessly over my Geforce 2 GTS. I have to say the 2D quality is a bit better, and the DVD quality, oh my god it's so much better. No more weird fuzziness, it almost looks as sharp as my TV now! Woohoo!

Question though.

What's the best DVD software for the 8500? I'm guessing there's better software than ATI DVD.. anyone have any recommendations to which is the best that can optimize my hardware?

ATI Player 5 is not bad at all. I also run Windvd 3.0 because of the DTS encoding. I have heard alot of Radeon owners saying that Power DVD 4 looks very good on the 8500 also.

Thanks a lot. Is ATI Dvd PLayer 5, the one that comes with the CD? (MMC 7.2) ? I will look for a copy of Win DVD 3.0 I think the one I have was for my GeForce 2 card, it said Asus DVD, so ick to it.. or maybe that was PowerDVD. Regardless, I'll search for a copy. Thanks =)
