do you use mouse gestures? I have one gesture for open in new tab (Up) and one for open in new window (Down).

My bad, the popup blocker was checked and now it works. Now I can test drive this browser this week.

Pipelining is an experimental feature, designed to improve page-load performance, that is unfortunately not well supported by some web servers and proxies. .. experimental.

is that how you get 2500+ posts in 6 months? By plagirising from web pages?

....

no, i post info for the lazy people. Ever see some of the threads started? Alot of them can be answered with a google search.

Why are you so concerned with my post count?

You need a break from school. That's not 'plagirising', that's called answering the question, which should be appreciated because he took to time to lookup the answer. And what have you added to this thread? 😉

i got no qualms with cuting-and-pasting, I just think it helps everyout out more if you reference where you got the info from so that others can find more info for themselves if they want.

it was from the very first link of the first post.

Glitchny .. i can't really tell because none of the sites advertise if they use the new pipelining. I also don't know how easy or hard it is to intergrate into websites.

This browser is definitely buggy. I installed the tabbrowser extension on another computer and now can't open the bookmarks now without crashing. I'm still a MyIE fan because of how refined and customizable it is but this is faster and has a ton of potential.

really? i haven't had any problems with the tabbed browser plugin (granted, I have only been using this for a daly and a half). I was also able to setup shared booksmarks with mozilla without any issues.

Update - I've got another 15hrs or so of hardcore browsing on my .6 with absolutely zero issues. Did a little tweaking in about:config and am still as happy as a clam. Installed it on another system too and it's humming along just fine. Lots of good tips and tweaks here

Tabbed browsing is an extension? I've been using Mozilla for over a year and it's always been included in the package. Someone's confused (maybe it's just me!?!)

The tabbed browsing extensions just adds a couple more options for tabbed browsing.

Something got corrupted, or there's a bug in the latest tabbed extensions version that I downloaded from the development site. I installed an earlier version and it fixed the issue. When I had "open bookmarks in new window" selected, it was crashing when I clicked on one.

i'm really really loving this. I've so far ditched IE and prolly use Firebird the majoirity of the time. Now i hope they fix a few bug issues regarding the extended options.

Ok got it, my mistake.

IE is a mess, if you even need to think about installing Ad-aware you should just stopping using IE. It's probably the biggest security hole in a computer these days, aside from the security risk that sits between the chair and the keyboard. 🙂
