yes!!
i finally got my new system to work
thanks to all the ppl helping me out with my mobo problem

after 2 RMA of the cpu and mobo
just started it up a few min ago
i cant help but overclock jsut a bit for now
=)
at default voltage
got my 2.4ghz @ 2.844ghz @ 158fsb @ 1.525 at everything deafault at bios

i'm totaly new at this
i have a P4Pe/gbl/sata/1394 mobo
and a swiftech mcx4000 heatsink

but i have no idea how to tweak the settings to get max overclock

and cant seem to find how to change memory divider on the bios
?
 
when testing with sissoft sandra
under cpu arithmetic module
looks like i'm getting low dhrystone scores

current scores
dhrystone: 7556 Mips
whetstone: 1642/3714 Mflops

the ram divider isnt really a divider, but u can pick what speed you want the ram to run at

you've locked agp😛ci i assume?

i know theres an option where you can select the timings....but you should be ok at fastest timings
