How much do supervisors make there? I'm beginning to think I made better money delivering... Of course our little town is no where near as high volume as most places and I haven't been there long enough to get the good driving shifts.

Depends on experience - I'm what's called an "emergency shift runner" - if one of the managers has an emergency and cannot run their shift, I fill in for them. I make $6.75 an hour. A full time shift runner makes around 7.50 or a salary amount. Assistant managers make in the neighborhood of 450 a week, and general managers make around 550 a week. Plus VERY generous monthly bonuses if they run the store satisfactorily.

On a usual Friday or Saturday in this dump, I'll make around 60 to 80 bucks - tonight I made $120 (I know it's not THAT much, but considering I only took 25 deliveries and drove over 150 miles, it's pretty good). Our delivery area is huge, the largest in our franchise, so driving everywhere really cuts down on how much you can make 🙁 I expect to match that tomorrow, hopefully.

Screw that, if that was the only thing I got I'd be upset. You see one set of boobs, you've seen tham all. Cash only, bewbies not accepted because they don't pay the bills at the end of the month.

Are you serious about General Managers only make $550 a week before taxes? I thought upper management in retails (food especially) make much more than that.

BTW, good for you that you make good tips. I am a strong believe in good tips for good service.
