I can't really say much because I get pissed about people who protest stuff for any reason. Jackson and Sharpton were protesting some content in the movie, which of course upset me. However the people suing these bozos are activists who are also protesting in a way as well...

Tracy Rice, a spokeswoman for Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH coalition, said the organization hadn't seen the lawsuit. She called it a nuisance suit and predicted it would be thrown out of court.
Wonder how long it'll be before Jackson knocks her up...
Bet she won't be calling her paternity suit a nuisance.

It's funny - he thinks he's a leader, yet everybody seems to despise him... I think he is shunned by some of the people that he thinks he's doing a service to.

"The First Amendment protects artistic expression just as it protects Rev. Jackson's right to express his opinion," she said.

Is it just me, or is it ironic that she's claiming First Amendment protection?

If there is a God, then there truly must be a special hell for this guy.

In related news, Jesse Jackson held a press-conference regarding the lawsuit:

"When I saw the official documentation of this lawsuit with my own eyes, the same eyes that witnessed the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King I might add, I became extremely annoyed." Commented Jackson. "Don't they know that I'm carrying out the work of Dr. King, I was present when he was killed you know, a truly great man. When they attack me, they attack Dr. King and his lifes work."

The plaintiffs of the case commented on Jacksons remarks with a simple "Bullsh!t!"

LOL! What a f-tard. I can't believe Jackson really said something so undeniably ridiculous and retarded.

O'Riely ought to have a good time discussing this and the "Reverend" Jacksons comments regarding him carrying on Kings work. I can't believe that Charlaton has the audacity to compare himself to Martin Luther King Jr.

That's a bit lame. What are we supposed to do if there is a real reason to protest?

You missed something in your title by overlooking the fact that the suit includes Al Sharpton, a guy I find far more offensive than Jackson.
