My replacement is here!

If any of you remember, I didn't get hired for my own job over the summer and my new replacement is here... I've been filling in for my boss since May and I wasn't hired for my own job!

Apparantly I'm not qualified!

You see, in system administration, it's more imporant to have dark skin and a military background than it is to have experience on either of the two server operating platforms the orginazation uses! That's right. We just hired an ethnic with virtually no experience whatsoever to oversee our debian and server 2003 operations and rebuild them from scratch without any service disruption whatsoever!!! AWESOME!

You know whats better? I can't FVCKING HEAR THE GUY! If I want to be WHISPERED TO, I'LL START A CONVERSATION ABOUT POLITICS! I should have to ask you to repeat your name TWICE because I CANT HEAR YOU JACKASS!!!

1) Affirmative action > me
2) My office that I know is powerful enough to avoid affirmative action rules because these are HIGHLY SKILLED POSITIONS FVCKIGN SUCKS

AA is unconstitutional, period.

He whispers? And was in the military? must have been the Air Force or somethin.

The funny thing about affirmative action, is that it only lends itself to minorities that are either Black or Latino. If you are South Asian, Japanese, Chinese, etc... you get no benefits of affirmative action.

And it's even more relevant today, since a lot of prejudice can be carried against those people who are Muslim and from 'that' part of the world. They are minorities too, and are being profiled and harassed just like any other minority.

That's why affirmative action is total BS.
