This was the last stupid class needed for this degree.

I needed 167 out of 200 on the final to pass and I got a 185.

I now will do absolutely nothing with this degree...but I have it.

Now....does anyone here have $75,000 to spare to pay for my next degree? Anyone?

Haha...yeah well I'm getting into Photography and I have been looking at the Brooks Institute but it costs a lot of money =/ The problem with a Photography degree is that it makes a huge difference where you got your degree from rather than what your portfolio looks like - especially for commercial photography which is what I would like to do.

I've actually heard the opposite. They would take talent over your education, as in many art related professions, so the portfolio is very important to them.

Is Brooks Institute that "college" that's advertised on television?

I dunno if they advertise but they are one of the best colleges out there and I have been told that by many people including my Uncle.

Talent/Portfolio does matter but if you have two similar portfolios quality wise and one guy has been to Brooks and the other guy somewhere else...like Long Beach or something, they will take the Brooks guy. Also a lot of the professors at Brooks are working in the field and have influence with the companies they work for and such.

The cool thing is they will take all my general education credits as transfer...but that doesn't make it any cheaper - just means I have more time to work and whatnot since I won't have to take their GenEd stuff.

Fvck you. I got a D- in my last java class because the professor shensed my all over the place.

Corse succession -> C++ 1, C++ 2, Java 3?
No curves. Ever.
Exam summary -> final from java 1, final from java 2, final from java 3
Intentionally screwed up the project grading AND weighting to flunk more kids in the end. I got a 31 on a perfectly working, reasonably documented project.
Very very very vague project specs that were then used against us
70% of the graded material was how well we could perform his personal UML style
Has so far refused to meet with me regarding the grade.
