I just got call from efficient networks quality assurance manager after sending e-mail to their corporate office and submitting complaints to FCC and BBB. He apologized for tech support lame response and said he will arrange president of support give me ya call at around 3pm and help me make my devices work in wep. linsys, dlink, sms support their products why should these guys. If anyone got those products having problems PM me I have his direct number. He called me not because of FCC or BBB but because of e-mail sent to corporate office not their support e-mail.
I'm astonished they could even intrepret and understand your ranting & raving rabies infested complaints 😛
