So now you agree the BJP's opponents are being punished for their speech. Cool!

Eh, He was punished because he was a repeat offender in this defamation suits. He insulted an entire community just for the sake of one man.

You can be that moron who pretends the BJP punished Rahul Gandhi because of the threat he possess to the BJP. The reality couldn't be any more further. We say Rahul Gandhi is actually be the best campaigner for the BJP. Congress wins in the electoral field happen DESPITE Rahul Gandhi, not because.

Indian girl stabbed to death on camera, and people just walked on by

"On a dimly lit street at the outskirts of India’s capital of New Delhi, a surveillance camera captured the final, horrifying, moments of a 16-year-old girl.
A man, dressed in a blue T-shirt, shoved her against a wall before stabbing her repeatedly until she fell to the ground, lifeless. But even then, he didn’t stop his attack. He kicked her battered body several times, stabbed her again and then picked up what appeared to be a large slab. He held the object over her with both hands and then let it crash down on top of her, forming clouds of dust. He walked away, and then came back and did it again.

Several people walked by during the attack, which was over in less than two minutes. But only one person even tried to intervene before running away. Most moved past the violent assault, another person stopped and watched"

India Today video I suggest you not watch.

"Swati Maliwal, chairperson of Delhi Commission for Women, said India’s capital “has become extremely unsafe for women and girls,” while India was ranked as the most dangerous place in the world to be a woman in a large 2018 survey conducted by the Thompson Reuters Foundation."

Just wondering how our resident Indian "patriot" will respond.

There are two things here.

First it must be said that concerning women's security in India, things can be much better. Security for women is paramount in any society and as it can be seen all countries of the world must do better in this index.

Second: once again, the use of hyperbole strikes. We know much of the international ratings are complied on opinion based data from 'experts' who lend credence to their own biases through these ratings. It wasn't enough for these rating agencies to rank India low, they had to ensure India is lower than Afghanistan. This 'magic' trick is getting rather old in fact. This is the same kind of clickbait rating similar to when press freedom in India was lower than those of Afghanistan. This is a good enough reason for having a strong healthy suspicious attitude towards the agenda these rating agencies are aiming for.
