Yay 26% raise

I just found out that I will be offered a new position at work that comes with a 26% raise. Yay for moving from the minimum of one pay scale to the minimum of another.

No more paid OT though since it's a salary position, but still a nice raise even after factoring that in.

What line of work are you in? My company is not giving raises this year.. Quite a big pain in the but, I bank pretty good, but still a raise keeps moral up.

My job gives a $0.25/hr raise at each year after hiring.

I get double OT on Sundays, though, and I work pretty much every sunday.
