YAWTT: Triceps tonight

Time for me to do my triceps!

In the other thread someobody mentioned that arms are 3/4 triceps. That's a good point - but 2nd to my shoulders my triceps are one of my weakest muscles, not defined at all (unless I flex really really hard). What are some good excercises to do that target the tricep really well? I want to feel them burn. (I only have a dumbbell, curlbar, free weights and a bench - no machine)

put dumbell in hand and lift 1 arm straight over head palm facing forward, then slowly lower the weight behind your head bending only at the elbow using the other hand to stabilize the arm at the elbow. slowly return to top of motion. do 3 sets of 10-12 reps switching between arms in between sets.

lie down on bench and hold arms straight up holding onto curlbar. bending only at elbows, slowly lower the weight toward your head, then bring back to top of motion. this can be done with dumbells instead of curling bar.

you can also do dips in between a set of chairs.
