Are there any exercises that I can do to improve my posture? I tend to slouch a bit and I'd like to work on it.

Are there any exercises outside of the bicycle crunch that I can use to target my oblique muscles?

Also what's the best exercise to target the area above the bicep and where the shoulder meets? I'm not sure what that muscle is called but I guess its part of the tricep.

Lat pulldowns, shrugs, t-bar dows, one-arm dumbbell rows, etc.

Twisting or sideways roman chair situps, twisting or sideways pulley crunches

Sure you don't mean one of the heads of the deltoid? The anterior head is just above the bicep and the medial head is right next to that.

THe more I run, the more I seem to slouch. I have to make a conscious effort to sit up and stand up straight.

when i stand up I am perfectly straight (i guess it's a complex thing) but when i'm sitting I tend to get overly comfortable

Deadlift with proper form is great for your back. You USE YOUR LEGS TO LIFT but need your back 'straight' (with the natural curve at the lower end of your spine as your spine IS NOT STRAIGHT). To maintain your back 'straight' will help your posture.

You can also do Bent over rows. Bent about 40-45* off straight and maintain your back position. Have a wide grip about 8-12inches from your wide when your hands are relaxed.

Obiques = side bends or russian twists.

You can also do incline sit ups but you don't go back down straighit. You go to either side of the incline bench and go up from one side and then down to the other and repeat.

Tricep is behind your bicep.

Shoulder stuff = military press.

Just eat a lot and train and you will get big enough with time.

Don't lie nitsuj3580, I'll have him on a 6seconds a day program for 12 days, and with a 30 day money back gurantee. I'll also throw in some mirrors, tan lotion AND if you call right now a program to increase your forearms in 3seconds a day!

Woohoo 😛
