6' @ 135-137lb..I'm too skinny. :(

Any specific workout recommendations would be great..I'm probably going to start w/protein shakes & whatever else I can think of.

So-so pic here.

I'm with HappyPuppy on this one. Trust me, 20+ years after I graduated high school I am 70+ pounds heavier and want to lose about 30 or so.

I'm old enough (19) that I think I should be in better shape...if I was 15, I wouldn't care (and I didn't..lol)

Ideally, you should weight around 190!! Just check out meanshealth, it is a pretty good source for me.. has a lot of great workouts. Also make sure to pick up some protein.

well, his ideal weight really depends more on his height and age, not just age. also, if he has a smaller frame, he's going to weigh less (as i assume he does).

Start lifting. Lift often, and in a set program of some sort to keep you doing it regularly. Protein is good, but you have to lift for it to work. Not all protein is created equal. Other supplements, such as creatine, work, and without side effects, but you will lose some size if you stop taking it. If your body builds quickly, in two months you *could* gain 15 pounds, but start NOW, and don't stop.

You can easily put on 15 lbs.
You could probably put on 35 by july depending on how hard you worked it.

Here's a shake I invented back in the mid 80's when I started pumping iron. It's guaranteed to put mass on a pipe-cleaner!

Oatmeal Milkshake:

1 cup raw Quaker Oats
2 cups Milk
1 ripe Banana
1 egg (optional)
dash of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Drink with a straw. Consume 2 or 3 of these a day along with regular healthy meals, and plenty of heavy lifting in the gym.

yea dude, you can do it EASY

eat 6 times a day, eat everything, lots of meat. If you can, lift some weights, to turn the protein into muscle, rather then fat. You can gain strength too.

i have follow the wannabebig.com routine [the first] one.

i weighed 128lbs in january. I am now 149 lbs today. Still gaining too. If you want water mass you can take creatine aswell [i havent bothered yet]

you can do it!

oh, also, get some "n large" shake. It's a protein shake, but also has alot of calories, and the chocolate flavor tasted quite good in my opinion. don't have a full dose at a time though, it's quite potent

Tigerpoint Siamese, actually :p

Unfortunately, we had to put him down about a month ago.. He wasn't getting better after 3 months (he had feline leukemia), and we have other cats. :(

I was 145lb a month ago, now Im 155+. Height 5"11. Been working out about 3 times a week, Id say 90% of the gain is pure muscle.
