OK...I have been on the MAX-OT workout program for 5 weeks. This basiscally entails 5-day a week workouts, 1 muscle group per workout, and about 9 - 11 sets of 4 - 6 rep excercising.

I am not following the recommended supplement intake or making any serious diet modifications.

I eat a lot of protein but I also consume a lot of fat. Since I started working out my appetite has increased about 20% . (is this normal ?)

My metabolism has allowed me to eat what I want, when I want, and maintain an avg. weight of 150 at 5 feet 7 inches.

What kind of results do you think I might gain from doing the workouts without also following the supplement/nutrition guidlines ?

I've starting on Max-OT too. This will be the fourth week, i think. I just started to take protein too, but it's baffling how much protein they expect you to take!
