YAWoWT: How do I find out what the server times are?

Thinking about rolling a new char on a new server. I already have a 60 on Lightbringer and about to ding 60 on Balnazzar. Lightbringer is PST and I usually play later on at night so when I play, not much action is going on. Balnazzar is 2 hrs ahead so when I play, its really dead. Just trying to find a server that suits my time of play.
