basically this thing says it will naturally increase the ammount of muscle fibers you have and the cool thing is that, since you actually grow new fibers, after you stop taking this stuff they don't just 'go away'...
my roomate 2 years ago took all sorts of stuff for ages, like testosterone, creatine, amino acids, etc and well he was pretty big... then he took this stuff for a month and was thoroughly impressed... i believed it when he said it worked cause needless to say he has a ton of practical experience with supplements...
i recently finished my 1st cycle of this stuff and i gotta admit i haven't been that diligent about workin out.. out of the month i'd say i worked out hard on a daily basis for 2 and a half weeks but i slacked off for a whole week when i got sick and another half week cause it was a long weekend and i went to the beach... i'm a pretty avg/small guy to begin with at 5'11, 160lbs and i tend to gain mass really quickly when i work out hard (i've already weighed in close to 175 back in highschool), but lose it just as quickly when i slack off... and i always slack off!
SO, basically the point of this is: after the first cycle i actually feel like i've gained a decent amount of mass/tone for the amount of effort i put in and also, despite slacking off for extended periods of time, i haven't really lost any of it...
now i'm doing a month off the supplement and just straight up working out and eating healthy, maybe increasing cardio a bit, and i'm curious to see what will happen...
i bought 2 bottles so i'm gonna go back on the stuff for the month of May and hopefully i'll be just as satisfied!
so even though this thing seems crazy and too good to be true, i think it actually works, although i need more time to decide!
