YAWNT: Yet Another Wireless Networking Thread (With picture)

This has doubtlessly been asked before, but since I know zero about wireless networks (and not much about networking in general), my futile attempts to find a thread about this didn't turn up anything.

I'm out of PCI slots. I use a wireless LAN card. I'd like to have some manner of external wireless router or box that will attach to my PC via a network cable. It needs to recieve the wireless signal given off by the wireless router in the other room.

Is this possible?

USB wireless adapter is what you need.
EDIT: Or a wireless bridge.
USB Adapter
