I find myself yawning a lot more while I'm working out (when doing weights moreso than when doing cardio)
I know it's cuz my body is trying to take in more oxygen, but is yawning, maybe 6 or so times in an hour considered a lot, and if so, is there something I should do about it?
I read somewhere that it could be due to anemia, but AFAIK, that's not my situation.
I tend to work out after working at my job, if that means anything.
