YAWLT: Is your body symmetrical?

I've been lifting for nearly 1.5 years now, and I'm really beginning to see some big results. But one odd thing: my chest is not real symmetrical. My left pec looks way more developed than my right, which is odd because I'm right handed and stronger on that side on all chest exercises.

Could I be doing something to cause this?

Your chest muscle compensate for your left arm being weaker. Use free weights when doing dead lifts and bench weights and you will see that slowly change.

I'm confused - dead lifts??? Aren't those for your lower back/hamstrings?

Muscles are not always symmetrical. My right pec is shaped slightly different than my left. My abs also don't line up perfectly. There's nothing you can do about it. You can't change the genetic shape of your muscles.

Now if you're just talking about a strength imbalance, that can be corrected.

Yes, but if your left and right arm are disproportionate to that extent any weight lifting should be done more with free weights to fix that issue. Dead lifts included.

For your immediate issue free weight on bench is vital, but later free weights or machines, are better overall.
