Currently I have globat.com (sucks ball sack), and my contract is FINALLY up. The bad news is that they offer the best deal $7.50 a month, 60 gb transfer, 2 gb storage.

Currently I use about 1.7 gb of storage and average 30 gb of transfer a month. I'm willing to pay more of course since I don't think anybody can match their rates.

Reply here or PM me.

First of all

Told you so #1

and

Told you so #2

You're right, you won't find 2GB/60GB for $7.50 per mo unless you want another suck ass web host.

I would recommend UltraUnix.NET which has two reseller specials:

NYR 2500 for $13.99/mo
2500MB/25GB

NYR 4000 for $24.99/mo
4000MB/40000MB

Comes with WHM, cPanel, plus two nice bonuses Fantastico and RVSkin.

Another option is to get a resellers account on one of the dedicated servers run by AT'ers, a few of them are:
Placer14
DeviousTrap
Modeps
cpals

Edit: Thanks to CrabAss for the correct UU URL.

I sent you a PM but are you looking for a reseller hosting package or are you looking to buy space from a reseller?

If its the latter, I'm not a reseller :p

BTW, I am using Rochen. They are great. Really fast servers, never seen downtime, everything is automated, and support tickets get responded extremely quick because they have support guys in U.S., U.K. and several other countries.

I'm just looking for webspace, not to resell. Just wanted to support users on this board if they provide some type of webhosting instead of buying it from a company I don't know.

Nice choice.

If I were looking for another reseller web host I'd probably go with Rochen.com or BlueWho.com

But I already have 10 reseller accounts, I think that's enough (for now) :)

Hey Fivespeed. I'm in the process of setting up my new server. I'll offer you a nice deal if you'd like. I'll give you 2gb storage / 100gb transfer a month... pm if interested.

Hey bro, Ross mentioned to me you were shopping around. Sorry I'm not active enough anymore to catch these on my own, but if you need any help setting anything up, let me know. Everyone and their mom seems to be running a server so I won't bombard you with offered to run your site on mine.

I will offer some advice. And i'll say this to ANYONE looking for hosting...YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!!! Before going with ANY host, i repeat, ANY host...even if it's a friend or fellow board member. Test their support. Ask a crap load of questions. Use EVERY and ALL means of support to see how they work and what the response is. Test all the features....i'd even go so far as to say to look for problems. And obviously, this all goes in stride with how important the website you're running is to you.

That's, by far, the biggest problem with the online hosting market. Everyone just ups and runs one without learning the ins and outs. Don't get stuck with these people if you can avoid it.

*steps off soapbox* PM me whenever, bro. Best of luck.
