I am 5'11" and currently 225lbs. I played soccer and lacrosse in highschool and when I was at my top physical peek, 2 miles in 11 min, I weighed around 185. That was when I was in the best shape ever. I am currently 3 years out of highschool and have since gained weight. I was told that a healthy weight for my height was around 175lbs from a few sources. I currently have a body fat % of ~20%. I have never weighed that little even when I was running 5+ miles 5 days a week and eating healthy. I really want to get back into shape but I dont ever see myself getting to 175lbs at all. Any ideas on what could be up with my weight?
