i did a search and the longest other thread was locked.

anyway, just watched it this afternoon (took the day off). it was ok, but the guy that played dracula was horrible. it was parody like the whole way thru. a couple of surprise scenes made me jump, kate looked great as always, but to be honest i didn't recognize her she looked so different from her other films, very different from Underworld even.

not a great film, but somewhat enjoyable.

The movie sucked. Someone informed me afterwards that vampires aren't even real.
That totally ruined the whole movie for me.

Also, why the hell did he fight Shrek in the beginning? He should have killed that annoying donkey instead.

Yeah that was Benny he was also the Sidekick from that movie Deep Sea Rising....I think that was the name..

I liked it well enough as a decent popcorn flick. It was worth the price of matinee admission. You're right though, Drac was pretty lame, Frankie was even worse, but the hotties in the movie made up for it. 😛

That's exactly what I was thinking when the movie finished. I was like damn, the guy's hat just reminds me too much of Vampire Hunter D.

The story and plot sucked!! The special effects were good, but whoever wrote that crappy story should be boycotted from the movie industry.
