So I had to return something to a company and I got $100 worth of insurance on it.

It was to be delivered to an address on W. Estabrook blvd in Wisconsin

now I got a voicemail saying the claim is denied because it was delievered to Westwood Blvd.

but I even looked it up and there is no westwood blvd in this city in Wisconsin, plus i have the reciept showing the address...now i called back and complained and they said they would get back to me in 2 more days (its been over 3 months now since i shipped the package)

ALSO, do you have to sign for a package that has insurance? I did not sign up for it needing to be signed for, but they claim they have a signature for it. Of course if they come back and say it was delievered to the right place then i'll be back dealing with the company.

good times

i always wonder what the process is incase you do have to make a claim. do they usually d!ck you around like this?

I think insurance always includes a signature.

I think they are seperate.

If you want insurance, you pay for it.

If you want signature conf, you pay for it.

Wrong
