Wife orders a bunch of christmas presents for our daughter and some other family members from magazine, magazine ships UPS, tracking says it was left on our porch at 10:17AM yesterday. We have not seen the package...

Wife called UPS, they said to call magazine, magazine is sending form to fill out stating we never received merchandise. I guess there's nothing we can do right? She paid w/ a debit card, can she do a chargeback?
 
ups carries 100 insurance.. yes you call the magazine place to file a claim... they'll most likely send you a replacement..
