At least the driver didn't claim he tried to deliver it

Never seen them 'miss' a package, but oh well.

Is there a 5 day guarantee for ground packages to residential areas? I'd like to ask the sender to request a refund.

just be patient, there is no 5 day guarantee on ground afaik

Indicates there is a day of delivery guarantee (from their transit map it indicates 5 days). It doesn't say anything about residental addresses, maybe I'm in luck.

Our UPS driver lost my Dell monitor even though tracking said it was delivered to the apartment leasing office. I've known the manager for over 4 years and I'm certain she didn't take it.

Despite all the complaints about indian call centers the Dell customer support person I talked to was very helpful and got a replacement sent out, by FedEx this time.

Dell 2001fp is a great monitor, Dell CS is OK in my book, and our UPS driver is not.
