(Yet Another UPS Complaint Thread) I Ordered some Arthur Bryants BBQ sauce from Kansas City. So it shows out for delivery on the 27th, Never shows up. 3 days later it's in California! How they managed this one I'll never know. Finally this morning it left California, and apparently heading here by ground. Now it'll be here April 8th :disgust:
Hope they didn't break it or anything else.
This is the second time in a few years they have done this. I've probably shipped/received more packages from Fedex and USPS and never had this happen.

So, what are everyone elses UPS nightmare stories?

The second time in a few years that a package was delivered slowly? oh no!!! :Q

I ordered something from UPS once, and it took 3 days to get here!! :|

Seriously, though... that really does stink. I hope it arrives in good condition. I'd be on the phone with them trying to get the shipping cost refunded. BTW, where was it supposed to be shipped?

Wow, that must be some good BBQ sauce. What makes it so good you have it delivered from out of state?

It's one of the few that don't have sugar or other sweetners in it for one. The taste is also something else too, it goes good with so many things. I didn't know what BBQ sauce really was until I tried theirs. I order it from KC Goodsauce because they're cheaper than Arthur Bryants web site. It's still expensive though, $3.50 a bottle + shipping. He sells it on ebay sometimes for $3 a bottle so I try to get it when it's on there.

Enh, it's not a big deal, I won't refuse to ship UPS again or anything. Mind you it would have been nice for them to send it second day or overnight once they realized their mistanke. Now it has to take 5 days to get to the east coast. 15 days instead of 3 or 4 days. 🙁
