YATT: Need some advice, have some questions on engine swap (S-10 Blazer)

I have a 1988 S-10 Blazer, Auto 4x4 w/ a 4.3L V6. I'm swapping out the engine for another 4.3L, but I'm having some new flat top pistons, and a higher performance cam installed.

My question: Do I need a new computer chip for the truck, or will the current one adjust itself? What other components would I have to purchase, other than the ones that are required to get the new engine functioning mechanically?
