YATT: Confusion on judge ruling

I did a trial by written declaration. I'm found guilty, but I get my bail refunded.

I also get "No traffic school, point submitted to DMV"

What does this mean? Someone screwed up? I called the courthouse, they couldn't give an answer.

From your post it sounds pretty self explanatory. You got any bail you posted refunded (presumably you also paid a fine?). The judge ruled you couldn't go to traffic school so a point on your driving record (which will hurt your insurance) was sent to the DMV.
