So a mobile windshield repair is coming to my work site to replace my front windshield for $180 flat. Do I tip him, and how much? Flat rate or percentage.

NO. This tipping crap has to stop... I'm not just talking about talking about it on ATOT. The whole concept is stupid. People do jobs and there's no need to congratulate them on doing it right. If they live off tips, then there's something wrong with that industry to begin with. I tip the usual 15% at restaurants but only because their concept of labor is too fuct up and it's expected of us.
