I ordered a phone / connection online from T-mobile, total bill should've been $74 with a flex pay account.
My bank calls me to verify charges for $408. T-mobile charged me $274, $74, $62.
Called up T-mobile and after about an hour they finally figured out that sales rep who called to verify my order screwed it up. Instead of the cheapo phone that I ordered online, the rep somehow managed to screw it up and order a Dash (blueberry kinda phone) along with a data connection & bullsh!t
They assured me that the charges would be reversed and the right phone would be sent to me.
This was on the 2nd
Fast forward to today and I find a package from T-mobile with the expensive phone and the $274 charge on my account has not been reversed.
I know, bit of a weaksauce rant but I'm still mad :|
Cliffs:
1. I order a cheap phone
2. T-mobile sends me the wrong / expensive phone & charges me for it
3. T-mobile doesn't live up it's word of reversing all the charges & sending me the right phone
