So after seeing AMD tank $0.28 cents today... I don't think i'll be making any money out of that low priced stock for some time...

Sun seems to be coming back after winning their Java suit and now Dell is shipping all PC's with their version of Java(good news for them.

Who else has some keen stock tips?

I need to get out of tech. 😛
 
I've just entered the market and so far have made about 30% from my startup capital. I could not afford any tech or blue chip shares but have been looking at penny shares and dollar ones.

DNAP has been going up and down for the past few days. I cashed in on theglobe.com and it had went all the way up since last week. It jumped almost 1.50 in 4 days.
 
You do realize that playing penny stocks is the stock market equilivent to gambling with the deck heavily stacked against you yes?

I don't have much to spend. I can afford to lose the 500 dollars I put in. Let's hope I won't be losing it at all. 🙂

As long as you are aware of the risks....

Look at CPN and ELN - both look very good here - not fly-by-night companies either.

If it's only $500, there is nothing much he can do.
Penny stock will get his money double fast if he invests right.

I had SUNW at $2 or $3 position, but I dumped them too fast.
I like to buy cheaper stocks, but they need to have a capitalization of at least $1 B.
