I saw this video (or part of it anyway) on MTV or VH1, cant remember which....
Anyway the tune was catchy and I wanted to know who did it.

The words I remember are

"You an I"

and the video takes place in a bank, the guy passes a note to a teller he thinks he likes and somehow they think he is trying to rob the bank...

Anyone?
