YAST: Purchasing on an IPO, wondering if i should.

Well DWR.com has filed an IPO, a while ago actually, and my uncle sent my family some necessary paper work to allow us to purchase and the IPO price (somewhere between 10-12$). I have what their earnings, and a few (multiple) balance sheets of the past 3 years of theirs.

Some of the issues with this company seem to be the fact that they have only been in business for 3 years. They have a main warehouse in kentucky, and 26 studios with more coming.

The most information i can find online is here. So i dont know what you can deduce from that. If anyone can find anything else please post it.

But i was wondering how much of a high risk buying around 3-3500$ worth of shares. I personally feel that the business can grow immensely as long as it is run correctly (i believe it is.) and that they dont grow to fast (they went from 1 showroom to 26 studios in 3 years), and have turned profits the past 5 quarters prior to 2004 (iirc).

do they tank back lower than the IPO price, or normally have a decent sized run, and then they drop back to lower prices that are still slightly above IPO cost? (im assuming they drop just cuz then the IPO ppl drop their shares when the price jumps.)
