YASQT: yet another sales questions thread

i am dealing with a trader who lives in france and wants to buy my 1gb kit.

he is willing to pay first via non-cc paypal and i will ship the package once that occurs.

he has a lot of ebay feedback but not that much heat.

any input as to what i can do to further protect myself?
what shipping method i should use to further protect myself?

Ship it global priority with tracking. I would only ship to a confimed address, regardless of feedback on any platform.

im sorry, whats a confirmed address?
is that when i ship to the address that is confirmed by paypal?
how do i find out/check if the address is verified?

i never bothered checking with my previous transactions since it was with people who had high heat. thanks again for the info guys.
