Probably not harmful, huh? It's a little over an inch long, and now dead from a Raid over-dose.

Crap. OK, thanks. I have personally seen some bites from these things, and they scare the shvt out of me.

I kill at least one of these a week, and the Raid gets a few more before I find them alive. I probably spray once a month, all over my apartment. Now, I am glad I do.

Yeah dude, they are no joke at all. You live in the Brown Recluse's area, so...if I was you, I would kill any spider that looks halfway similar to that one, just to be safe.

Here is a picture of one....see how it compares to the one you killed?

Crack rabbit, trust me. I have seen many a wolfspider near my home, and in it, and I can tell you that is NOT a wolf spider.

That is indeed a brown recluse.

Looks like a scout-class. The warriors usually wait and see if the scouts come back alive. If not, the warriors get hormone rages and bite anything that moves.

I'm now. The wolf spider looks "fatter" than the one I just killed.

Wolfspiders vary greatly in size..of course, because some are younger than others. Out at my new house construction site, I see tons of baby wolf spiders (really small and quick). In my current rental house I caught 3 fairly big ones not too long ago ( I made a thread about it).
