Hello,

I have bought an item, that have a value of $400, on eBay. The seller, who is from USA, gives me the choice between UPS and USPS. The most important thing to me is not to pay any customs fees. So, I have asked the seller to mark the insured package as being a gift. Is it enough? Which postal service is best to ship in Canada to prevent customs fees?

customs fees are CRAP... I once paid $77 on a $150 Item... so brutal.

I'd say USPS for sure... UPS will definitely bend you over for border fees.

the highest brokerage I ever paid, was on an item shipped by UPS.
