if you want, you wouldn't be in the wrong to ask for each person to pay 1/3 of the utilities for that week, however, he would probably take offence to it. if you do, just make sure you let him know it was just because he didn't inform you ahead of time that she was coming for 1 week.
 
You never answered if you are sharing a single room (dorm style) or a multi-bedroom apartment. If it's the latter stfu, he has the right to have whomever he likes over as long as they don't disturb you.
 
Having his gf over is innappropriate. The deal was for him and him only. How old is this roomate? Does he have no consideration for you?

I'm living at the view... Anyways I don't have to stfu because they annoy me. These walls are so thin you can hear anything and everything. They basically blast their music when they are "getting it on" and cook at like 2-3 in the morning. The smell will wake me up all the time. I don't know, I guess I'm just ranting because I'm not confronting him. I hate talking to him. 🙁 I hate his voice. I can't wait till he moves out!

I wonder if I should call his mom because I heard that his mom doesn't like his g/f's. He is the only child in his family and his mom would be pissed.

It's only a problem if:
1) you live in the same room as him
2) she is over so much that they are using enough utilities for 2 people (water, electric, etc)
3) they're loud
 
Its annoying when my roommate has his girlfriend over a few nights a week. He's so pussy whipped and they do that baby talk crap to each other, its gross.
