So a few posts ago regarding this I stated I decided to look for my first actually apartment. (Did residence first year, rooming with people year 2/3). I now have 6 apartments (all 1 bedroom) to view next week, all around the same price range/area with utilities included. When viewing them should there be any questions I should ask? Anything I should look for?

Never hurts to ask if they can give you a better price on the rent.

Also, it's worth asking if there is any sort of 1st month incentives.
Some places will not charge for the 1st month or they will only charge 1/2 the normal rent on the first month, etc ....
It won't amount to much over the long haul, but it may help out initially.

Look at the parking and feasability of public transportation.

Traffic access/zones and stores?

Can you handle children in the area?
