my bosses finally got around to going through a year-end review with me today, and at the end of the confrence, told me that I'm getting an 11.5% raise 
5% of that was just the standard yearly raise (I was hired in late November of '03, so I wasn't eligible for it last year), and the other 6.5% was because they think I consistantly out-perform my coworkers
