Here is my mild but tangy buffalo wing sauce:


1 1/2 Cup Franks Red Hot ® Pepper Sauce
1/3 Cup Heinz ® Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Stick of Parkay Margarine ®
3 Drops Tobasco Green ® Pepper Sauce

Season with garlic powder & black pepper

I've never heard of Franks' Red Hot Pepper Sauce. Is it easily available ?

i haven't made buffalo wings very many times, but when i did:

Frank's Red Hot Sauce + Butter = mmmmmmm

Is Frank's Red Hot Sauce like buffalo sauce? Because I tried to find some actual buffalo sauce in the grocery store the other day and they had none!

just add some butter (recipe usually on the back of the bottle) and it is. Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce tastes just like it.

Yours is a good base, then add enough ground cayenne pepper to kill a small elephant. If 90% of the people who try it don't cry in pain it isn't hot enough.

Franks makes a buffalo sauce, but I use the original and make my own.
They also make Chile n Lime, and xtra hot. They even used to make a green sauce, but dont see it listed anymore. check out link above.

Throw in some blairs deatch sauce for a little smoky habenero flavor.

geez i put it on almost everything...

I used to make my own sauce and then I found Texas Pete Buffalo Style BBQ Wing Sauce which is so awesome there's no need to make sauce anymore.

how do you cook your wings? deep fry, then toss in sauce, or bake and baste in sauce?

Deep Fry for 20 mintues until golden and crispy.
Wings + sauce + bowl = shake.
