sure, #3 may be dirty, but look on the bright side. at least he doesn't:

1) steal you alcohol
2) forget to pay bills/bounce checks (causing you to get a summons in court)
3) leave the front door unlocked on a daily basis in your house in west philadelphia
4) leave dirty dishes in the hallway to the point that maggots show up for the party
5) get the house raided by the feds because he deals drugs

as to the place itself. look on the bright side. at least:
1) the walls aren't falling off the side of the building
2) the basement hasn't flooded from a busted sewage pipe
3) you weren't charged hundreds of dollars in water bills because of a leak in the basement

i really, honestly feel no pity for you whatsoever. i was so relieved when i moved out of the hell that was my old place
