YART: any Jewish cooks out there?

So, I was at the supermarket today and broke one of my commandments of grocery shopping (never shop hungry). There was this package of matzah (well five boxes, actually) for $5. I thought it was a really good deal at the time: one box of matzah was $2.50 and here I was getting 5 boxes for $5. So, now I have 5lbs of matzah sitting in my pantry and really no idea what to do with it (other that treat it as a humdrum cracker).

Any Jewish cooks out there with recipes that will help deplete my massive matzah supply?

Use it like bread crumbs to bread something or look up a recipe for matzoh brie and matzoh ball soup. It is also not passover yet so you could always give a box or two away to any Jews you know and it will be looked at as a thoughtful gesture if you word it right.

Here's a whole list:

It's really just a big ass cracker. So put cream-cheese and jelly ... or peanut butter on it.

If you grind it up real fine it's like imitation bread crumbs ...

Get creative! It was only $5 🙂

Use the extreme carbohydrates you'd gain frm eating all five lbs. at once to take back the Holy Land?
