Most people say "Three Hundred and Twenty Two" but the grammatically correct way to say it and write it is "Three Hundred Twenty Two".
 
The "and" is used to separate numbers counting different things. Three hundred and twenty two could be 300 apples and 22 oranges, or it could be 300 dollars and 22 cents. If you are trying to say 322 of something you would say all of the numbers together. "Three hundred twenty two."

Actually, grammatically it should be "Three Hundred Twenty-two". You forgot the hyphen 😛
