Yargh! Lost my phone last night

Dagnabbit. Must have had my phone in the front pocket of my hoodie when I jogged downtown last night. No phone. I'm assuming it's smooshed and/or in some puddle, but hoping somebody finds it (fat chance) and gives a call to someone in the phonebook.

Yargh, yargh, yargh.

Yeah, called it a few times, sent a couple text messages from other phones. Had it with me at one place, then walked back to the theatre and didn't have it any more. Walked back to the first place later and they hadn't seen a phone or had one turned in.

Depends on which neighbourhood you dropped it in. I know someone who dropped their phone in the financial, business district. Person who found it called the phone company to return the phone, there are nice people out there. Hope you didn't drop it in a school zone...

Was between Belltown and 5th Ave/Union somewhere. Bleh. Ironically, I'd seen a smooshed phone on the sidewalk earlier yesterday. An echo from the future....... OOooooooOOOOOOooooOOOOO (cue Twilight Zone theme)

I lost mine once. so i called it. it was at a local bar.

the waitress seen it when she cleared off the table so she grabed it. she said she was going to call when she got off. heh i was able to pick it up. now i'm glad i left a good tip! heh

Of course it is always in the last place you look. It's not like "Hey, I found my keys, but you know, I'm still looking for them."

i've picked up someone's lost phone before.
it was on the grass and i heard it ringing...
ended up returning to the owner's friend who didn't know he/she had lost it~

I found a Razor in the mensroom at Costco last week. It had a nice carry case and was stuffed between the handicap bar and the wall. Flipped it open to call someone, but it was all in Spanish. Ended up waiting in the customer service line for ten minutes to turn it in to last and found. I home Senior Mendoza appreciates that.

sucks. I feel naked without my cell. I thought I lost mine once because I never forget to leave the house without it. I reported it stolen/lost to the carrier while I was at work. Looked all over my car, my office...then came home. Found it on the nightstand with a lot of missed calls.

Yeah, I always check whether I have my phone when I leave somewhere just in case. I think it's helped since I haven't lost my phone yet.

What if you are looking for the phone, find it, but continue looking for it afterwards?
